 How We Work Together

Every session is tailored to where you are and what you need. We might:

  • Explore the grief you're carrying (named and unnamed)

  • Work with nervous system regulation and grounding practices

  • Navigate inner child healing and attachment patterns

  • Create personal rituals to honor what you're releasing

  • Practice somatic techniques to help you feel and process emotion in your body

  • Simply hold space for whatever needs to be witnessed

This isn't traditional talk therapy. This is embodied, ritual-based, grief-honoring work that treats your pain as sacred - not something to fix, but something to move through.

What Makes This Different

I don't pathologize your grief or rush you toward "closure." I don't treat burnout as a time management problem. I don't offer toxic positivity or empty platitudes. This is safe space to be as real as you need.

What I offer is:

I've lived burnout severe enough to trigger autoimmune disease. I've grieved sudden death, miscarriage, divorce, career loss, and dreams that died. I've spent a decade and tens of thousands of dollars learning to heal. Everything I teach, I know because I've lived it.

Format:

Virtual (Zoom) or in-person (Hilo, Hawaiʻi Island)

Length: 50 or 90 minute sessions

Frequency: Weekly, bi-weekly, or as-needed based on your situation and budget
