Exhausted to Empowered

A 10-Week Journey for Burned-Out Women

Women walk on water together with text reading: Voyage as a Village

You're Not Lost. You're Finding Your Way Home.

You're exhausted but can't sleep. You're successful on paper but dying inside. You give everything to your work and have nothing left for yourself. You feel like you're drowning in your own life.

Everyone thinks you have it together. No one knows you're barely holding on.

This is burnout. And beneath the burnout? Grief.

Grief for the life you thought you'd have. The person you used to be. The dreams you deferred. The body you've been ignoring. The version of "success" that was supposed to make you happy but left you empty instead. The devotion you poured into to a system that’s betrayed you.

Exhausted to Empowered is a 10-week group journey that helps you honor what's dying so you can reclaim what's true.

  • Session B (60-75 min): Integration, support, deeper practice

Delivery: Virtual via Zoom (recordings provided)

Community: Private online group for support between sessions

Cohort Size: 10-15 women maximum (intimate, not overwhelming)

Support Groups: Small accountability/support pods (3-4 women) within the larger cohort

What Makes This Different

This isn't a productivity program. It's not about "better balance" or "managing stress."

This is about:

  • Honoring your grief instead of pushing through it

  • Rewiring your nervous system instead of willpowering through exhaustion

  • Questioning the systems that burned you out instead of blaming yourself

  • Coming back to your body instead of overriding it

  • Community witness instead of isolated suffering

  • Rest as resistance instead of productivity as worth

We work with:

  • Somatic practices and embodiment

  • Nervous system regulation and trauma-informed approaches

  • Grief ritual and ceremony (influenced by Dagara tradition)

  • Inner child healing and attachment work

  • Practical tools you can use while still working your job

  • Creative expression and witness

  • Community support and collective healing

Who This Is For

This journey is designed for women who:

  • Are burned out, exhausted, running on empty

  • Feel like they're drowning in their own lives

  • Are successful on paper but dying inside

  • Give everything to work and have nothing left for themselves

  • Know something needs to change but don't know how

  • Are ready to do deep work (not looking for quick fixes)

  • Want community support (not just solo healing)

  • Are willing to feel their feelings (even the hard ones)

This works especially well for:

  • High-achievers and overperformers

  • Mission-driven women in helping professions

  • Creatives and empaths

  • Neurodivergent women

  • Anyone navigating career grief or transition

This Might NOT Be Right If:

  • You're looking for a quick fix or productivity hacks

  • You're not ready to question the systems you're in

  • You want someone to tell you exactly what to do

  • You are seeking clinical treatment for mental health conditions (this is coaching, not therapy)

  • You're not willing to show up for yourself consistently
